The PowerTap P1 and G3 service centre is now open for business. Work can be carried out on both warranty (with proof of purchase) and out of warranty products.
We can only carry out limited work on older products (Elite+, Pro+, SL+, SLC+) or any wired products, we can do some of the later PRO (2012 on) but please call or email to confirm before sending in the product.
For warranty work fill out the form below and a returns number will be emailed to you. Please put the returns number on the package before shipping it.
For service work in many cases you can buy the service product below. Use your order number as the reference number when you ship it.
